Cancellations with at least 15 days’ notice before the scheduled departure will receive full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 6 days from the scheduled departure will not entail a refund of the deposit.

The service is subject to favourable weather conditions. For cancellations due to bad weather, an alternative date will be provided or a full refund will be given.

In case of cancellations due to Covid-19, 100% of the deposit will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
